Frequently asked questions

How long until my website is live?

A Start website is usually online within 2 weeks, a Growth website within 3 to 4 weeks. The schedule starts once I have your texts, photos and the deposit. The faster you give feedback, the sooner you're live. Before we start, we agree on a concrete schedule together.

What do I need to provide?

Texts, photos and your logo, if you have them. I'll help where needed.

Can I make changes myself later?

I'm happy to take care of changes for you. The maintenance plan includes up to 30 minutes of small changes per month, such as new opening hours, prices or photos. You send an email and I reply within 1 working day. That keeps your website fast, and nothing can break by accident. Would you rather edit texts or news posts yourself? Then I can add a simple content management system. We'll discuss that in the quote.

Is the website mine?

Yes. Your domain, your texts and your website stay yours. If you stop the maintenance plan, you take everything with you.

What if I already have a website?

Then I move your existing texts and photos over and build a new, fast website. That's included in every package.

Why is the website cheaper with maintenance?

Because we work together for longer. I keep your site secure and up to date, and you pay less for the build.

Can I add maintenance later?

Yes, but the discount on the build only applies if you sign up straight away.

Do the prices include VAT?

No, all prices exclude VAT.
